Where we ship

We deliver to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled through third-party partners and may ship from international locations.

Processing and delivery times

• Order processing: 1-2 business days after we receive your completed order.
• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any different timeframe for a particular product will be shown before you place your order.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs and import charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking and separate packages

When tracking is available, we will email you the details after shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with different delivery dates.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you before that timeframe expires to explain the delay and request your agreement to wait. You may instead cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund. If we cannot obtain the required agreement, we will cancel and refund those items.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if you need a correction. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. Any additional shipping costs will be explained before you agree to them.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. Include photos of damage or incorrect items where possible.

We will investigate with our fulfillment and delivery partners and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Your legal consumer rights are unaffected.
