Welcome to ZazzyToy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Shopping with us
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
2. Products, prices, and orders
Products are subject to availability. We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices, although colors may appear differently on different screens.
Your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is displayed before payment. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to arrange a solution or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not increase your charge without your agreement.
3. Shipping and delivery
We use third-party fulfillment partners, and orders may ship from international locations or arrive in separate packages. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund. Contact ZazzyToy directly for delivery problems.
4. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility and how to request a refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order details. Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Toy safety
Follow each product’s age recommendations, instructions, and safety warnings. Adult supervision may be required. Keep toys containing small parts away from children under three.
6. Privacy
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply to future orders and do not alter the terms of purchases already made. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
