Processing and delivery times

Order processing: 1-2 business days after we receive your completed order.
Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any different timeframe for a particular product will be shown before you place your order.

We will investigate with our fulfillment and delivery partners and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Your legal consumer rights are unaffected.
